Aeternum
Privacy & support
Aeternum operates Sprig & Sprocket. For game support, privacy questions or a request about your personal information, email marcussen.business@hotmail.com.
Ordinary play is available without watching ads. Children and players whose age is unknown receive no ad offers.
Your game progress
The game stores progress and settings in local app storage. Aeternum does not operate a player-account, cloud-save or game-analytics server. Your device's backup and transfer settings may retain or move app data separately.
Optional play statistics remain in local storage, contain game events and a random local session identifier, and can be exported by you. Turning this setting off clears these statistics. Workshop reminders use optional local notifications that you can turn off in the game or Android settings.
Children and age choices
The game is intended for a mixed audience, including children. A neutral age screen asks for an age band, not a name or date of birth. The choice is kept in memory for the current app session and is not sent to Aeternum or saved with game progress.
For players under 18, and players who skip the question or prefer not to answer, the app does not initialize Google Mobile Ads or Google's consent tools or make ad or consent requests. These players can use ordinary gameplay without advertising. The choice applies to the current launch; fully close and reopen the app before a different player uses it.
Optional advertising for adults
Adult players may choose rewarded ads supplied by Google Mobile Ads. A reward is granted only after the ad reports an earned reward. Canceling an offer does not prevent ordinary play.
Google's services can process device and other identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, ad interactions, and diagnostic and performance information for advertising, measurement and abuse prevention. Ads are requested without personalization. Non-personalized ads still involve data processing. Google's consent service must allow ad requests before the advertising SDK is initialized.
Where Google's consent service supports it, eligible adult players can reopen advertising privacy choices in the game's Settings. Consent can be changed there. Applicable choices and rights depend on the player's location.
Google processes and retains information under its own policies. Read Google's privacy policy, how Google uses information from partner apps, and Google Mobile Ads data disclosures.
Retention and deletion
Local progress and settings remain until you reset or clear them, clear the app's storage in Android settings, or uninstall the app. Exported save and statistics files are separate copies under your control. Device backups follow your device and backup-provider settings. Clearing local game data does not erase Google's advertising records.
If you contact support, your email provider and our support mailbox process the information you send. Aeternum keeps support emails only as needed to respond and meet legal requirements. Please avoid sending a child's name, birthdate or other unnecessary personal details.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive your personal information, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, and complain to a relevant data-protection authority. Email Aeternum at the support address above to make a request. Aeternum cannot locate or retrieve game progress that exists only on your device.
Consent choices govern optional advertising where required. Support information is processed to handle your request and meet applicable legal obligations. Google may process information outside your country under the safeguards and terms described in its policies.
